Shipments and returns

Our online shop is active exclusively to the continent of Europe. We ship to most European Union countries with the addition of Switzerland. We ship to the following countries: Italy, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal, UK, Ireland, Denmark, Benelux, Poland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Switzerland, Croatia, Greece If your shipping destination falls outside the list or the European Union please contact us we will try to arrange a shipment to you. (Europe only) Shipping is free of charge.

Italy: 36-48 hours if the item is in stock Europe: 7 working days approximately

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We would like to highlight that Slight differences and imperfections are to be considered a proof of handmade quality and the unique character and origin of our products. If the defect/s are more serious you have 20 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We can arrange a currier to come and pick up the items in question. However you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is defected. Shipping costs are refundable only if your return is approved. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.

We have Long Production Times in comparison to industrial design companies

Our products may display Minor Imperfections of hand made manufacturing.

This is how we addressed the issues of small scale production:

• We provide you with Complete Transparency regarding our Stock and Production Times. This is why we have established a Estimated Delivery, which we usually beat and constantly improve on.
• We have established Strict Quality Standards we abide by. All our products undergo a tight quality control at the artisan, assembly and packaging level. However it could happen that some minor defects could go unnoticed. If you are unsatisfied with our product all you need to do is send us some evidence and we will be happy to replace them!
